Cost of Furniture:

Be sure to include pictures and any additional information you may have, brands, designers & condition. Our team will review and respond within 72 hours.
2. Sign and Return The Form
If the items fit in with our criteria, our team will send over a valuation form for you to sign and return. (The amount quoted is what you will receive, even after our commission)
3. That's all we need from you! Now Drop Off/Collection Can Be Arranged.
If you are happy with our valuations, simply return the signed form to us and we will pass your information onto our logistics team who will arrange either your collection or when we are able to accept your delivery, all within 28 working days*

However, I was after this particular sofa for a while, and they offered free returns, so I thought worst case scenario, I'll try, and if it's a scam, I'll claim money back through Amex. After arranging a delivery (which was during the weekend evening, so it was already a bonus), I asked if they could collect my existing sofa on the same day. They agreed. Honestly, I would have given my previous sofa for free; it was so heavy, and for someone to collect it from me was a great advantage. But for them to call me a couple of months later and give me £700 because they sold my sofa was incredible. So I give them five stars for buying and selling experience. The sofa I purchased was delivered seamlessly. The condition was 100% as described, and they were even nice to my dog, who frankly was not pleased about the new leather sofa.
