At first, I was suspicious. The 100% customer satisfaction review put me off.
However, I was after this particular sofa for a while, and they offered free returns, so I thought worst case scenario, I'll try, and if it's a scam, I'll claim money back through Amex.

After arranging a delivery (which was during the weekend evening, so it was already a bonus), I asked if they could collect my existing sofa on the same day. They agreed. Honestly, I would have given my previous sofa for free; it was so heavy, and for someone to collect it from me was a great advantage. But for them to call me a couple of months later and give me £700 because they sold my sofa was incredible. So I give them five stars for buying and selling experience.

Bought a beautiful Hans Wegner shell chair from the Designer Furniture Co.
It arrived two days after ordering in perfect condition, packed to avoid any chance of scratches and damage.
It is absolutely stunning and we are thrilled with our purchase.
Correspondence quick very helpful and tge chair is exactly as described.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Beautiful furniture, the customer service was spot on - which can be a rarity - I felt totally informed about progress and delivery was superb, the item was thoroughly wrapped and protected, the delivery was on time and even though it was a heavy piece it was delivered to the first floor without fuss.
